Should you buy from the pazar or the supermarket?

Each has its own advantage. What decides is not the place but whether the amount you buy fits the weekly plan.

The choice between the pazar, the open-air neighborhood market, and the supermarket is usually argued over price, but in nutrition terms the real difference shows in the amount bought. At the pazar products are usually sold in large lots; at the supermarket smaller amounts can be bought. What decides is not the place itself but whether the amount bought fits the weekly plan.
