What makes cooking dinner hard is usually not the cooking time but the preparation time: washing, trimming, chopping, soaking. When those steps are moved earlier, cooking itself turns into a short job. That is why the answer to the time problem is not finding dishes that cook faster but moving the preparation to another part of the day.
