Dada Diet

How it works

Dada Diet does not hand out a diet sheet. It offers tools that first help you understand where you stand, then choose the path that fits you, and then track your progress regularly.

Content based on scientific sources Health data is processed with consent

In four steps

1 · Know where you stand

Start with the calculators and nutrition tests. You get a concrete starting point on your energy needs, water intake and current habits. No result is a diagnosis; it shows you where to look.

2 · Find what fits you

Don't get lost between tools, tests and programmes. The matching flow takes you to the right starting point with a few questions — telling you whether you need a programme, a calculator, or a dietitian directly.

3 · Start your programme

Programmes include daily meal suggestions, a shopping list and a weekly rhythm. Starting a programme attaches it to your My Plan area; from there you can move through it day by day.

4 · Track

Daily tracking lets you log your meals and water intake; the progress record shows the change over time. Tracking is meant to give the picture of a trend, not a single day.

Where does expert support come in?

Tools are for general information. If pregnancy, a chronic condition, regular medication use, child nutrition or a condition-specific diet is involved, the process should be run with a dietitian. The diplomas and documents of dietitians on the platform are verified.

What is content based on?

Guides, calculators and nutrition values are based on current nutrition guidelines and peer-reviewed publications. The sources used and the method are written out clearly on a separate page.

Why this order?

Most people who want to change something about their nutrition start in the middle: they find a list, follow it for a few days, then quit. Building the order from the start is meant to prevent that — first you know where you stand, then you choose where to go, and only then do you see how it's going.

That's why there is no ready-made "best diet" on the platform. There are several routes to the same goal, and which one fits you depends on your daily routine, kitchen habits and health status.

What happens to your data?

Your calculator results, daily records and health profile are kept in your personal area. Sharing them with a dietitian depends on your consent; you can change your permissions or delete your records from your personal area at any time.

Is it paid?

Guides, calculators, tests and the food library are open to everyone. Working one-on-one with a dietitian, however, is that expert's own service; its fee and scope are written on the relevant profile.

None of the tools and content here make a medical diagnosis, recommend a treatment, or replace a personalised diet plan. Make decisions about your health together with your physician and dietitian.
