4. Hosting Provider Status
DadaDiet is a platform that hosts the measurements, meals, goals and profile details users enter. With respect to user content, it acts as a hosting provider; it is not obliged to check published user content before publication or to investigate whether it is unlawful.
However, once notified of unlawful content, it removes that content to the extent technically possible. For the editorial content the Platform produces itself, it acts as a content provider.
5. Content Complaints and Removal Requests
If you believe that content infringes your rights, you can submit your request via [e-mail] or [registered e-mail (KEP) address]. The request should include the requester's identity and contact details, the address of the content on the Platform and the grounds for the request.
