Teff (cooked)
A very small-grained cereal of Ethiopian origin, in the cooked state after it has drawn in its water. In its home country it is mostly milled into flour and used in injera, a sourdough flatbread. In Türkiye it is sold on the gluten-free shelves. Uncooked teff is a separate record in USDA and its 100 grams do not overlap with this one.
