What do you eat as a snack?

A snack's job is to lighten the main meal. For it to do that, its size has to be set in advance.

The function of a snack is not to enrich the day but to break a long gap and to keep you from sitting down to the main meal hungry. Two conditions are needed for it to do that: its size must be set in advance, and it must lighten the main meal. A snack whose size is not set becomes an extra item added on top of the main meals.
