TÜBER, Türkiye's national dietary guideline, defines one standard portion of pasta as 30 grams dry and 75 grams boiled. According to TürKomp's plain dry pasta record, 30 grams of dry pasta carries about 107 calories; the cooking water does not change this value, but added sauce and fat do.
