How much water should you drink a day?

In the reference intake table of TÜBER, Türkiye's national dietary guideline, the adequate water intake recommended for ages 18-50 is 2.5 liters for men and 2.0 liters for women. This value covers not only the water you drink but the total water coming from drinks and from food. The guideline also mentions a measure of 35 milliliters per kilogram of body weight; personal need varies between these two frames.
